1. Should you not be happy with our service or delivery standards, we guarantee to refund your total purchase less freight costs upon return receipt of our goods within 7 days of purchase. (Assembled Axle or Axle orders excluded)
2. Goods returned shall be at the purchaser's cost. Goods returned COD without prior approval will not be collected.
3. We have no objection exchanging products that are ordered incorrectly however extra postage costs will apply.
4. These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with our privacy policy. All prices are in $AUD.
5. Goods sent in error are replaced at our cost and returned at our cost.
6. Your personal data and/or information is not disclosed or otherwise communicated to third parties under any circumstances. We will share your credit card details via Secure Server with the ANZ Bank Australia.
7. Trade prices are available. Please call Bruce on 3348 3822 and provide ABN and three trade references. Once enquires are completed you will be given access to trade prices throughout the website. Trade Prices are discounted 15%.
